Responsibilities

Analyze customer purchasing behavior, sales trends, and product adoption to uncover growth opportunities.
Develop customer segmentation models and target audiences for marketing campaigns.
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and category penetration opportunities.
Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Measure campaign performance, ROI, customer engagement, market share and retention metrics.
Build predictive models and customer scoring methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to leverage customer, product, and inventory insights that maximize marketing campaign effectiveness, improve targeting and segmentation, align promotions with inventory availability, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or sales analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, CRM, ERP system reporting, and data visualization tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing, distribution, or supporting sales organizations is a plus.
