Job Summary

  • Define and elevate the value narrative across audiences, offerings, and channels
  • Shape launches, pricing, and evidence strategy to drive field adoption
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Strategy, and Commercial teams

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and personally delivering high-impact work, complemented by focused coaching and development of a product marketer.
  • Own product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and support sales enablement.
  • Translate buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and field insights into a clear, compelling reason to choose Omada.
  • Maintain continuous feedback loop between field and value story; work with sales, consultant relations, channel and customer-facing teams to understand what resonates and why we win or lose.
  • Turn insights into stronger messaging, more effective sales tools, and recommendations that inform product and commercial strategy, then bring those improvements back to the field and assess what works.
  • Set annual product marketing priorities for how Omada wins in GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health.
  • Develop distinct value stories for employers covering GLP-1s and those not covering them, and for buyers prioritizing cost management versus population health.
  • Maintain one coherent Omada portfolio narrative, with differentiated reasons to buy across audiences, offerings, and channels.
  • Partner with Clinical and Thought Leadership to translate evidence into relevant proof points and identify evidence gaps that matter to purchasing decisions.
  • Turn capabilities into understandable, purchasable offers that clearly explain what is included, who qualifies, how access works, who pays, and what value is supported by evidence.

Requirements

  • - 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in healthcare and life sciences.
  • - Experience in virtual care, digital health, health plans, PBMs, or pharma is preferred.
  • - Commercial judgment: A track record of shaping product marketing strategies that help sales teams compete and win in complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • - Product marketing craft: Demonstrated strength in buyer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • - Strategic and hands-on execution: You can set a clear direction and personally build the presentation, business case narrative, competitive response, or launch messaging needed to move the work forward.
  • - Field partnership: Experience working directly with sales and customer-facing teams to turn deal-level feedback into actionable insights, stronger value stories, and repeatable approaches to selling.
  • - Compelling storytelling: The ability to translate complex clinical, product, and economic information into clear, credible content tailored to different buyers and stakeholders.
  • - Cross-functional leadership: The ability to influence decisions, facilitate productive feedback, and align teams across commercial, product, clinical, and marketing without relying on formal authority.
  • - People development: Experience directly managing and developing marketing talent, with a willingness to balance coaching one direct report with substantial individual contribution.
  • - Measurement: Experience defining KPIs and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess buyer understanding, field readiness, competitive conversion, and adoption, rather than simply counting materials produced.

Preferred

  • - Experience directly managing and developing marketing talent, with a willingness to balance coaching one direct report with substantial individual contribution.
  • - Ability to influence decisions, facilitate productive feedback, and align teams across commercial, product, clinical, and marketing without relying on formal authority.
