Partner with Sales on lead generation, sales enablement, presentations, and collateral.
Lead conference, sponsorship, event, and industry marketing strategy.
Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership.
Partner with Product and Technology on product positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
Manage marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Establish marketing metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.

Requirements

10+ years of marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
Experience in fintech, financial services, retirement, wealth management, or a related B2B industry preferred.
Strong experience across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, events, and product marketing.
Experience working closely with Sales and executive leadership.
Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
Comfortable operating in a growing organization and working across both strategy and execution.

Benefits

Competitive base salary of $175,000 - $205,000 for NYC in-person employees (commensurate with experience and geographic market).
Annual discretionary bonus and equity opportunities.
