Responsibilities

Lead the development and optimization of the integrated marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key retail moments, promotional cycles, and seasonal priorities
Translate business and merchandising objectives into clear, actionable marketing briefs, aligning cross-functional teams and agency partners on strategy and execution
Own end-to-end execution of omni-channel campaigns across digital, e-commerce, PR, social, lifecycle, and in-store marketing channels
Establish and manage campaign processes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure strong execution and operational excellence
Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify high-impact marketing opportunities
Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, measure success, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies and brand priorities
Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints
Stay informed on retail, consumer, and competitive trends, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities for growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within retail or a similar industry
Strong experience leading integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies
Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution
Strong leadership and cross-functional influencing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience developing briefs and campaign plans
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, improve, and scale processes
