Job Summary

Own omni-channel marketing planning and cross-functional briefing to execute retail-focused campaigns across digital, e-commerce, PR, social, lifecycle, and in-store channels.

  • Calendar as the lever: align campaigns to retail moments, promos, and seasonal priorities.
  • Execution and ops: manage briefs, timelines, budgets, and agency/teams to ensure delivery.
  • Insights to action: translate consumer trends and competitive signals into high impact opportunities and test/optimize with analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of the integrated marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key retail moments, promotional cycles, and seasonal priorities
  • Translate business and merchandising objectives into clear, actionable marketing briefs, aligning cross-functional teams and agency partners on strategy and execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of omni-channel campaigns across digital, e-commerce, PR, social, lifecycle, and in-store marketing channels
  • Establish and manage campaign processes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure strong execution and operational excellence
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify high-impact marketing opportunities
  • Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, measure success, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies and brand priorities
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints
  • Stay informed on retail, consumer, and competitive trends, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within retail or a similar industry
  • Strong experience leading integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience developing briefs and campaign plans
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, improve, and scale processes
