Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and overall performance of the Gym Profit Solutions CRM platform.
• Serve as a primary client-facing resource for CRM-related questions, challenges, strategy, and platform guidance.
• Manage client relationships related to CRM usage, performance, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, integrations, pipelines, calendars, forms, communication tools, permissions, and account configuration.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of client CRM accounts.
• Ensure platform functionality, workflows, templates, automations, and other shared assets remain accurate, organized, and operational.
• Identify recurring support issues, platform inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Develop and maintain standardized CRM processes, documentation, account structures, and operational best practices.
• Educate and train clients on CRM functionality, workflows, new features, and best practices.
• Conduct client calls and Zoom meetings to troubleshoot issues, provide training, review CRM strategy, and improve platform adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced, hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required.
• 2+ years of account management, client success, or client-facing relationship management experience is required.
• Must currently reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, email, SMS, phone systems, user permissions, integrations, and account configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex CRM and automation issues independently.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a SaaS, agency, technology, or similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, client requests, and technical projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for system accuracy and quality control.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.

Preferred

• Previous experience managing or administering GoHighLevel at the agency level.
• Experience working with a large number of GoHighLevel subaccounts.
• Experience within a SaaS, digital marketing agency, fitness, franchise, or multi-location business environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Meta, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing SOPs, training documentation, or client education materials.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring support, implementation, or CRM team members.
