Responsibilities

Act as a business manager for a large, complex client or group of clients
Identify growth opportunities within clients, create strategies for winning additional business
Own the business plan for the client, keep it updated and work with teams to provide targeted solutions that fulfill the plan
Provide direction and motivation for brand stewardship on behalf of clients
Successfully lead account team staff and processes, and the ongoing improvement of those processes
Manage the mood, people, resources, and activities involving the clients
Be the central point of communication between the company and the client
Ensure new revenue streams are developed within company margin expectations
Ensure client satisfaction by creating solutions for issues standing in the way of project team success. Raise awareness with internal teams until resolution is found.
Set the table for every project and delegate them to the team. Follow up. They are all important.
