Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, program management, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing programs from strategy through execution
Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer engagement, and integrated marketing principles
Experience managing agencies, vendors, partnerships, and external stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience developing activation plans, managing budgets, and measuring program performance
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Experience leveraging customer insights and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making
