Develop and execute a unified employee communication strategy across all three SBUs, aligned to the RTX mission and Pratt & Whitney’s business purpose and priorities.
Drive alignment through consistent messaging, integrated storytelling and communications that support a connected, engaging employee experience.
Build channel strategies and manage multi-channel content plans that effectively reach both wired and non-wired employees.
Leverage advanced analytics, emerging communications technologies, and AI-enabled tools to measure impact and refine strategy.
Ensure communications are aligned, timely, and coordinated with Pratt & Whitney’s senior communications team and across matrixed partners.
Integrate change-readiness communications to support employees through transformation.
Lead and develop a team of communicators supporting Pratt & Whitney employee communications work.
Lead SBU Communications
Own strategy, planning, and execution for one SBU’s employee communications portfolio.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
Experience developing and executing enterprise‑level internal communications strategies.
Experience supporting senior leaders with executive communications and employee messaging.
Willingness and ability to be onsite regularly in East Hartford, CT.
