Job Summary

Own regional demand generation and channel marketing for the Americas, coordinating campaigns, partner enablement, and field programs while aligning with global marketing and sales teams.

Lead end-to-end campaign processes across planning, budget, execution, and measurement.

Collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales to tailor messaging and campaigns for the Americas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution
Design and execute integrated regional campaigns aligned with Americas pipeline goals.
Manage end-to-end campaign processes: planning, budgeting, execution, lead follow-up, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Global Demand Gen to localize and amplify campaigns for the Americas market.
Design and Develop a scalable Partner program. (review existing prartner program and own the development and enhancements of the program.)
Channel Marketing (Partner & Alliances Support)
Lead co-marketing with key partners, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and service providers.
Own the MDF process: allocation, approvals, execution support, and ROI measurement.
Build scalable partner enablement kits (campaign-in-a-box, playbooks, content).
Execute joint events, webinars, and digital campaigns with partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a mix of field and channel marketing.
Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity/ Networking sector or SaaS companies.
Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline contribution via field and partner campaigns.
Expertise in co-marketing execution, MDF management, and partner enablement.
Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within the Americas (approx. 25–35%).
Bilingual (English + Spanish/Portuguese) a plus for LATAM support.
