Drive digital PR and marketing strategy for an award-winning agency, guiding multiple client accounts and a small team to generate earned media and growth.

Own the development and execution of digital PR strategies across client accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall digital PR and marketing strategies to drive engagement and generate earned media coverage across various digital platforms.
Supervise and advise multiple client accounts, including crisis clients, to advance client goals while maintaining trusted relationships with key client accounts.
Directly manage and mentor up to five direct reports, overseeing their work and their evaluations.
Co-lead PR efforts for the company, including thought leadership opportunities to elevate The TASC Group’s visibility (media interview opportunities, award submissions and more) as well as approve/draft social media content for LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
Support business development efforts in partnership with the Chairman/Founder and Senior Vice President, including responding to new business inquiries, identifying new business leads, developing proposals, and meeting with prospective clients.
Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with the agency’s values.

Requirements

8-10 years of PR and strategic communications experience; agency experience required. Nonprofit and advocacy experience is a strong plus.
5+ years of digital marketing experience with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of digital metrics. Ability to present insights and reports to clients.
5+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring employees. Collaborative team player with strong leadership, project and people management skills.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities, clients and other issues.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Experience supporting or leading business development efforts.

Preferred

Nonprofit and advocacy experience is a strong plus.
