Deliver High-Quality Content Production
- Contribute directly to high volume content creation and editing, representing approximately 35% of the role.
- Create, review, and optimize content across a variety of channels, including digital pages, landing pages, blogs, FAQs, promotional email communications, service messaging, SMS, and product experiences.
- Leverage technologies and AI to augment volume production without sacrificing quality of messaging or brand reputation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, editorial, content marketing, UX writing, or related disciplines.
3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing content professionals.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, editing, and content strategy capabilities.
Experience developing multi-channel content strategies and content governance frameworks.
Ability to simplify complex information and create clear, compelling customer-focused communications.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams.
Strong program management and organizational skills.

Preferred

Experience supporting digital products, customer experience, fintech, financial services, or technology organizations.
Experience leading SEO-driven content initiatives and organic growth programs.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation, optimization, and editorial workflows.
Experience building or scaling content operations within a growing or evolving organization.
Experience developing editorial standards, style guides, and content governance processes.
