Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Zoomget's Growth Marketing function across paid advertising, content, catalog, branding, and channel growth initiatives.
Own advertising strategy and performance across all current channels where Zoomget sells, including marketplaces, eCommerce, and other digital channels, while identifying new channels and media opportunities to drive profitable growth.
Develop and execute omnichannel growth strategies across B2B, B2C, marketplace, and eCommerce channels.
Assess the current Marketing organization and recommend improvements to structure, roles, capabilities, workflows, and performance management.
Build a more efficient, accountable, and high-performing marketing team through better prioritization, clearer ownership, stronger operating cadence, and higher execution standards.
Raise the standard of execution across the department by ensuring plans translate into action, priorities remain clear, progress is visible, and teams consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
Establish scalable processes, reporting rhythms, and KPI governance to improve speed, accountability, and decision-making.
Oversee and improve content, catalog, and merchandising effectiveness to strengthen traffic, conversion, and customer experience across channels.
Identify new growth opportunities across products, categories, customer segments, and go-to-market strategies.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT/Data, and leadership to align investments, priorities, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, marketplace marketing, or related leadership roles.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience driving growth across multiple digital and marketplace channels, including paid media, eCommerce, and performance-focused marketing environments.
Strong understanding of advertising strategy across current and emerging channels, with the ability to evaluate where Zoomget should invest to drive the best return.
Experience in Amazon and marketplace environments strongly preferred.
Experience improving team structure, workflows, systems, and processes to increase marketing productivity and scalability.
Experience leading both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and marketing technology to improve marketing performance and team output.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, efficiency, and brand considerations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
