Job Description

Brand & activation: Own messaging and activation strategy across campaigns, channels, and member touchpoints.
Member engagement & category growth: Develop comms to encourage category exploration, bigger basket, and loyalty.
Integrated brand activation: Plan and execute launches, promotions, sampling, and member engagement across channels.
Collaboration with Brand Innovation: Translate product benefits and claims into clear member communication.
Go-to-market comms: Lead cross-functional planning and execution for launches across digital, print, social, video, events, and sales support.
Trial & repeat growth: Create comms to drive sampling, first purchase, cross-category shopping, and adoption.
Messaging leadership with Brand Communications and Creative: Align assets with brand positioning and member needs.
Insights-driven optimization: Analyze campaign results and member behavior to improve activation strategies.
Global brand consistency: Scale strategies across markets while maintaining message integrity.
Member experience champion: Ensure every touchpoint reinforces Melaleuca’s mission and membership value.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in brand marketing, brand communications, consumer engagement, or integrated marketing in consumer products, wellness, personal care, nutrition, retail, or DTC.
Strategic communication expertise: Strong brand positioning, campaign development, storytelling, and consumer messaging.
Brand activation mindset: Experience developing integrated campaigns that drive engagement, trials, repeat purchases, and cross-category shopping.
Consumer focus: Translate insights and product benefits into compelling communication that increases loyalty and long-term engagement.
Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate effectively with Creative, Digital, Product Development, Sales, and International teams.
Analytical strength: Evaluate campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
Communication skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities to influence across the organization.
Adaptability and ownership: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Relocation: Role requires relocation to Global HQ in Idaho Falls, ID with relocation assistance.
