Responsibilities

• Brand voice & activation: Align messaging across campaigns, channels, and member touchpoints to reinforce brand positioning.
• Lifecycle & growth: Drive product trials, cross-category exploration, and long-term engagement through intentional communication strategies.
• Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Innovation, Product, Creative, Digital, Sales, and International teams to scale messaging and measure impact.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in brand marketing, brand communications, consumer engagement, or integrated marketing in consumer products, wellness, personal care, nutrition, retail, or DTC.
• Strategic communication expertise: Strong brand positioning, campaign development, storytelling, and consumer messaging.
• Brand activation mindset: Experience developing integrated campaigns that drive engagement, trials, repeat purchases, and cross-category shopping.
• Consumer focus: Translate insights and product benefits into compelling communication that increases loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate effectively with Creative, Digital, Product Development, Sales, and International teams.
• Analytical strength: Evaluate campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Communication skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities to influence across the organization.
