Keep project and marketing information organized and up to date in VantagePoint, OpenAsset, and our internal systems
Basic photo editing, check image rights, and proofread content for the marketing team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of communications or marketing experience (A/E/C industry experience preferred)
Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Deltek VantagePoint experience (a plus)
OpenAsset, Hootsuite, Mailchimp experience (a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive, collaborative attitude and comfort working with colleagues and outside partners
