Own campus outreach initiatives for a student housing property, building university partnerships, executing on-campus campaigns, and driving high-quality student leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with the university by engaging with student organizations, university departments, and athletics to drive awareness, partnerships, and referrals.
Execute various outreach marketing strategies including campus marketing, tabling at events such as housing fairs, participating in dorm/competitor storms, and performing outreach to local businesses.
Directly engage with students to promote our student housing property and brand.
Develop and distribute compelling marketing materials, including giveaway materials and social media content.
Ensure that materials are effectively deployed within the market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitor marketing activity, and understand student needs and preferences.
Share insights with the property management team to enhance outreach efforts.
Track, analyze, and report on outreach efforts to generate high-quality leads and measure campaign effectiveness.
Make data-driven suggestions to improve future marketing strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with property goals and objectives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and working towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, event planning, or student outreach is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong social media skills including experience in content creation.
Demonstrated ability to engage and connect with diverse groups and generate leads.
Ability to have a positive and innovate approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work nights and weekends based on event and campaign schedule.
