Cross-Functional Counsel: Provide communications guidance and approvals to teams across the business, helping to communicate our commitment to safety across some other monetized products.
Crisis & Issue Management: Support the press office in managing media inquiries and communications regarding regulatory developments or policy escalations related to TikTok Shop

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher
5+ years of experience in communications
Experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns from concept to execution.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical issues into easy-to-digest explanations
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects
Experience in a press office or handling crisis communications.

Preferred

Proven track record of leading consumer-facing campaigns for e-commerce platforms or monetization products.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures to adapt announcements for diverse global markets.
Highly analytical with the ability to use research to inform creative storytelling and mitigate reputation risk.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
