Founding Head of Growth & Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's audience acquisition and growth strategy
• Identify and prioritize promising marketing channels
• Establish measurable acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals
• Test and optimize campaigns based on real performance data
• Improve the effectiveness of existing marketing initiatives
• Support the growth of the Univaens supporter community
• Develop organic, paid, referral, and community-led growth opportunities
• Help strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement
• Identify potential partnerships with content creators, communities, entertainment brands, and relevant businesses
• Build relationships that expand Univaens' reach and credibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships
• Experience with early-stage startups, consumer platforms, entertainment, gaming, media, or creator-driven businesses
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention
• Experience developing marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Ability to build partnerships with creators, communities, brands, and relevant organizations
• Experience with paid acquisition, organic growth, and community-led marketing
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of growth metrics
• Comfortable experimenting, measuring results, and adjusting strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment
