VP/Director of Marketing, West

Responsibilities

• Regional Marketing & Growth
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that grow listeners, acquire artists, increase engagement, and strengthen Audiomack’s brand across the region.
• Identify market trends, audience insights, and competitive opportunities to inform regional priorities and campaigns.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Audiomack’s products, including Pro, Plus, and Boost.
• Develop marketing plans that connect brand awareness and cultural relevance to measurable business outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Regional Execution
• Lead and manage regional marketing teams.
• Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, and goals to ensure regional initiatives align with Audiomack’s broader marketing and growth objectives.
• Coordinate execution across markets and departments internally, ensuring teams and external partners work effectively toward shared goals.
• Support team development, provide direction and feedback, and foster accountability for results.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or business development within music, entertainment, digital media, consumer technology, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive audience growth, brand awareness, or business results.
• Strong understanding of the music industry, digital streaming, and the cultural communities shaping regional music markets.
• Experience building partnerships, managing external agencies, and leading marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial instincts, analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a lean, fast-moving organization.
• Familiarity with North American, Central American, and South American markets. Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience.
