Job Summary

Own and coordinate end-to-end marketing initiatives for Defined Contribution and CollegeBound 529, translating insights into sales enablement and thought leadership while partnering across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Execute integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, communications, and event programming—both virtual and in person—that primarily promote Invesco’s Defined Contribution capabilities and support CollegeBound 529 tactical priorities.
Deliver consistent, high-quality marketing communications that support Defined Contribution clients and financial professionals throughout the client lifecycle.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Public Relations, Creative Services, Editorial, Digital, Social Media, Events, Product, and other partners to develop and distribute marketing content across channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, efficient execution, and effective delivery.
Develop sales enablement tools in collaboration with subject matter experts, translating insights and capabilities into relevant, actionable resources.
Support conference sponsorships and booth activations that deliver premium, interactive, and brand-aligned client experiences, encourage meaningful engagement, and reinforce strategic Defined Contribution messaging.
Support the execution and activation of proprietary Defined Contribution research to strengthen thought leadership and elevate Invesco’s brand.
Partner with the Insights and Analytics team to monitor and report on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, sales-tool utilization, and fulfillment of Defined Contribution and CollegeBound 529 priorities.
Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal standards governing the promotion of investment products.
Maintain a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and evolving needs of Defined Contribution client segments to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2–5 years of financial services marketing experience. Experience with an asset manager or a background in retirement marketing a plus.
Strong digital marketing, project management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated record of coordinating and executing digital marketing activities and programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Aprimo, Tableau, and workflow-management tools.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.

Preferred

Experience with an asset manager or a background in retirement marketing a plus.
