Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Ad Operations coordinators and managers who are the future leaders of this company
  • Translate customer goals and political constraints into advertising tactics
  • Design and implement technology-enabled processes and workflows that allow the team to support more customers without sacrificing quality
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to develop media strategies for political and public affairs campaigns
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all media partners and ad-tech vendors; evaluate and rollout new opportunities
  • Integrate the company’s proprietary data, planning and measurement products into day-to-day AdOps workflows to deliver differentiated client outcomes
  • Own the AdOps technology stack roadmap and advocate for internal tooling investments where appropriate
  • Be the internal subject matter expert on all things digital advertising. Write, record, and present compelling materials that evolve our strategies and understanding of the market

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in AdOps with at least 2 years of management experience
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and the CTV ecosystem. Including familiarity with political ad policies across major platforms and publishers
  • Power-user proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools such as Datorama, Metabase, or Tableau; basic SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts with media partners and ad-tech providers
  • Experience in political, public affairs, or advocacy advertising strongly preferred
