Responsibilities
- Research thumbnail strategies and suggest improvements
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for search
- Track whether views change and find patterns for success
- Help figure out what's working and what isn't
- Work on one video at a time (maybe one per week) and track success

- You're creative and self-directed
