Responsibilities

• The Content Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing digital and written content that advances Roarke Regenerative’s mission and supports stakeholder engagement.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content strategies for web, email, social media, and campaigns, managing an editorial calendar, and coordinating content production with internal teams and external partners.
• The Content Manager will write, edit, and optimize articles, landing pages, newsletters, and educational materials, ensuring consistent brand voice and clear messaging across all channels.
• This role will analyze content performance, recommend improvements based on data, and collaborate closely with marketing, development, and program staff to align content with organizational goals.
• The Content Manager will also help maintain content governance standards, ensure accessibility and inclusivity in communications, and contribute to storytelling that highlights project impact and community engagement.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Environmental Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant

Preferred

• Experience in environmental, nonprofit, or sustainability-focused organizations is beneficial, along with knowledge of climate change, reforestation, or carbon offset concepts
