Responsibilities

• Create a variety of text-based digital content for multiple clients.
• Write and develop content ranging from optimization briefs to fully executed articles.
• Create video scripts, infographic text, blog content, and other digital copy.
• Optimize existing client content to improve content relevance and authority.
• Research topics and develop detailed content briefs for new content creation.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines, content standards, and playbooks for client engagements.
• Research content-related trends for points of view, blog posts, and weekly staff meetings.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and the content project manager.
• Work effectively within human-in-the-loop content creation workflows.
• Use AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining human oversight, editorial judgment, accuracy, and quality.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on digital writing experience.
• Reporting experience and knowledge of fact-checking best practices.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop content creation processes.
• Willingness to evolve and grow alongside advances in content and AI technology.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research and current SEO best practices.
• Understanding of AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization) and the evolving field of AI-driven content discovery.
• Strong interest in SEO and AIO and a willingness to stay current with changing industry practices.
