Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, consistent, and timely copywriting deliverables for basic- to intermediate-level client projects.
• Deliver copy within established budgets and according to objectives and creative concepts defined by clients or team leadership.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit a wide variety of brands, audiences, and communication channels.
• Conduct research when necessary to better understand a brand, its audience, and relevant messaging.
• Consistently meet quality standards and established deadlines for assigned deliverables.
• Recommend improvements to content, tools, processes, and assigned tasks.
• Present copy and creative ideas during collaborative meetings with internal teams.
• Participate in creative collaboration to elevate ideas and identify effective solutions to client needs.
• Provide ACDs and/or CDs with multiple copy options and ideas for developing concepts and campaigns.
• Support the development of large-scale concepts, campaigns, experiential marketing, social content, scripts, and other client deliverables.

Requirements

• Agency copywriting experience or in-house brand marketing experience.
• Proven track record of creating compelling copy for a variety of brand voices.
• Experience working across multiple brands, audiences, channels, and project types.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and copy based on client objectives and creative briefs.
• Experience collaborating with creative leadership, including ACDs and/or CDs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
