Responsibilities

• Edit HIGH RETENTION, scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ad videos
• Add captions, kinetic text, transitions, and sound design
• Use AI video tools (Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Pika, any AI platforms of your choice, etc.) as part of your workflow
• Actively explore new AI platforms, plugins, and creative tools
• Research references, find supporting clips, and repurpose content creatively
• Bring original ideas, hooks, and angles to the table
• Apply legal-compliant disclaimers (provided by us)
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times
• Prioritize efficiency and volume , while maintaining the required quality
• Collaborate closely with our internal team and lead editor

Requirements

• - A portfolio demonstrating video editing ability (ads preferred but not required)
• - Strong grasp of pacing, hooks, and thumb-stop editing
• - Ability to produce clean captions and high-impact visuals
• - Comfortable using AI tools - and open to learning new ones rapidly
• - We provide access to paid AI platforms when needed
• - Strong English communication
• - Available during EST hours
• - Reliable, responsive, and able to handle shifting priorities
• - Willingness to complete a test edit

Preferred

• - Experience in legal or compliance-driven verticals
