Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation function, including the strategy and execution of high-performing, ROI-positive campaigns for our distinctly different commercial and enterprise sales teams
  • Build, lead, and manage a multifaceted demand generation team of experts that deeply understands and can deliver true 1:1 ABM for our largest enterprise segments; high-volume, inbound for our smaller commercial segments, and everything in between
  • Partner with enterprise sales, commercial sales, our BDR team to ensure demand plans meet or exceed each team’s expectations, and that the teams are appropriately enabled to participate in and follow-up on demand initiatives
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive leads and funnel conversion rates. Optimize campaigns to maximize leads, pipeline and revenue. Partner closely with content marketing, events, marketing operations, and the broader marketing team to align and focus each marketing function on high-impact demand creation
  • Own the calendar, execution, and performance of demand priorities, campaigns, and programs, and consistently communicate initiatives, progress, and results to the broader marketing team, sales teams, and company leadership
  • Carefully track and communicate demand generation team goals and KPIs, and individual program and channel performance, ensuring learnings are consistently leveraged to inform strategy moving forward

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and leading demand generation team(s) in healthcare and/or technology, with a minimum of 5 years of SaaS and/or high-growth experience
  • You have leveraged a multitude of channels and offers to contribute meaningful amounts of pipeline and revenue to your prior organizations, and you can speak to your contributions with clarity and ease
  • You understand that great demand generation is equal parts art & science, and have great examples of creative demand executions that have contributed significantly to pipeline and revenue growth
  • You have strong convictions for your demand planning methodology with demonstrated results that justify those convictions
  • You have a deep understanding of how to build and plan for a double funnel model that supports both ABM and volume-based/demand waterfall demand gen
  • You lead by example, ready to dive into the weeds on execution, but are able to zoom out and navigate high-level strategy.
  • You possess an analytical and optimization mindset, and are ready to coach a team up on the same
  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management as a tactical and strategic partner, coach, and advisor
  • You’re humble, hungry, honest
