Responsibilities

• Drive Physician Engagement & Client Acquisition
• Develop marketing campaigns targeting resident physicians and fellows.
• Create personalized outreach, nurture campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
• Increase engagement through email, webinars, educational events, websites, and digital content.
• Guide prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.
• Collaborate with advisors and the new-business team to convert qualified opportunities into clients.
• Manage CRM & Marketing Operations
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect stages, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor funnel performance and help improve marketing workflows.
• Build reports that track engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience executing marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, campaign reporting, and digital marketing.
• Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing.
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively while maintaining accuracy and professional judgment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn complex products and operate within a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred

• Financial services, insurance, healthcare, physician marketing, or another regulated industry.
• Marketing to physicians, medical residents, healthcare systems, universities, or professional audiences.
• Website launches, marketing automation, webinars, events, or video production.
• Compliance review processes and vendor management.

Benefits

• Starting compensation: Base salary varies depending on experience $55K to 70K base salary plus benefits
• Potential incentive bonus opportunity following a successful introductory period
