Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
  • Allocate and optimize budget to maximize user growth and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop and iterate on creative strategy in partnership with design and content teams
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Identify and scale organic acquisition channels including SEO, content, referral, and partnerships
  • Work closely with the product team to optimize onboarding flows and improve activation rates
  • Develop and test referral and incentive programs to drive word-of-mouth growth
  • Analyze the full funnel from impression to engaged user and identify areas for improvement
  • Define, track, and report on key acquisition KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and install-to-registration rates
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to give real-time visibility into channel performance
  • Conduct cohort analyses and A/B tests to continuously improve acquisition efficiency
  • Partner with the data team to ensure accurate attribution and measurement across all channels
  • Work alongside product, engineering, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities and business goals
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies
