Responsibilities

• Build and execute Communicat’s user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
• Test and optimize acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, influencer collaborations, affiliate opportunities, and community-driven growth
• Identify the best early growth levers for a consumer app in relationships, communication improvement, and emotional wellness
• Improve landing page conversion, signup flows, onboarding, and activation funnels
• Set up and track KPIs including CAC, CTR, CVR, retention signals, and channel-level performance
• Run fast experiments on creatives, messaging, hooks, audience targeting, and channel mix
• Help define Communicat’s brand positioning from a growth and conversion perspective
• Work on referral, partnership, creator, and waitlist growth ideas
• Turn insights into action and continuously improve performance based on real data

Requirements

• Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for consumer apps or startups
• Strong understanding of paid social, conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and creative testing
• Experience with early-stage growth, where resourcefulness and experimentation matter more than large budgets
• Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics
• Experience with mobile app growth is strongly preferred
• Experience in relationship, wellness, consumer social, or emotionally-driven products is a plus
• Clear communicator who can work directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment
