Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of copywriters.
  • Set creative direction and uphold brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Gide concept development and elevate creative quality from brief to execution.
  • Manage team priorities, workflows, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champion copy standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Use customer insights, cultural trends, and business strategy to shape compelling messaging.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and a culture of feedback, learning, and creative excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of copywriting experience, including experience leading and developing creative teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic, omnichannel creative work and strong storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
  • Proven success balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for coach talent, fostering collaboration, and delivering customer-focused creative that drives business results.
