Drive short-form video content creation for a college-based creator program.

  • Own and deliver 14 videos/week following provided scripts via a remote, part-time role.
  • Must-have: U.S.-based student or recent grad (18–25) who can film on a smartphone and meet weekly deadlines.
  • Standout: $750/month retainer, with flexible, self-scheduled 8–12 hours weekly and Discord workflow.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film 14 short-form videos per week (approximately 56 per month)
  • Follow weekly scripts and templates we provide — no content strategy required on your end
  • Submit videos through our Discord creator community
  • Communicate with your campaign lead on revisions and deadlines
  • Create brand new TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to post on.

Requirements

  • Current U.S.-based college student or recent graduate (ages 18–25)
  • Comfortable filming yourself on a smartphone
  • Reliable with deadlines and weekly delivery
  • Access to a smartphone with a decent camera (iPhone 11+ or Android equivalent)
  • Strong on-camera presence — we care more about energy and clarity than production quality
  • No prior professional content creation experience required

Preferred

  • Existing TikTok or Instagram presence (any size)
  • Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot)
  • Niche interest or expertise (beauty, fitness, fashion, tech, lifestyle, food)
