Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of user acquisition campaigns across rewarded platforms (Mistplay, Adjoe, Exmox, Tapjoy etc.), maximizing ROI and scale;
  • Build and scale performance-driven UA funnels, overseeing offer testing, pricing models, creative strategy, segmentation and data-driven LTV forecasting;
  • Drive and scale partner relationships, defining commercial frameworks, incentive structures, payout models, and data-driven testing roadmaps in collaboration with platform and affiliate partners;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs;
  • Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives;
  • Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models, managing budgets of $100k+ per month;
  • Strong understanding of rewarded and incentivized ecosystems, including payout models (CPA, CPE, CPI), post-install event funnels, and MMP-based attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust);
  • In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics;
  • Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results;
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities;
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
