Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Dealer Development team members with data collection, reporting, and analysis activities
  • Analyze dealer operational and financial performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Assist with maintaining dealer databases and preparing monthly performance reports and scorecards
  • Assist with administration of the PremierCare Gold (PCG) certification and Dealer Excellence (DEX) programs
  • Create dashboards, maps, presentations, and other business intelligence tools to support strategic initiatives
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, and other analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making
  • Provide periodic updates on project assignments to department management
  • Create a PowerPoint summary of internship accomplishments for presentation at the end of the summer
  • Flexibility to address special projects as they arise

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful and a self-starter
  • Strong professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, Snowflake, or other analytics tools preferred
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Junior or senior standing preferred
