Sr Worldwide Specialist - GenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Data & AI GTM

Responsibilities

• You will define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, build scalable adoption programs, and identify new opportunities. Day to day this includes market sizing, partnering with counterparts across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements, creating content to enable train field teams, driving industry thought leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners.
• You will drive the GTM plan for scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock, interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and work with model providers and solutions architects to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions. You will also work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations.
• You'll partner with AWS service teams, field solutions architecture, sales, and marketing — representing your team to executive management and working directly with AWS's top customers. You'll help companies and partners understand best practices for operating on AWS, and spot patterns and trends that can be applied broadly across an industry segment to accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• 8+ years experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• 5+ years of AI/ML experience
• Experience in implementing GenAI at an enterprise company

Preferred

• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience influencing leadership decisions and managing cross-functional programs
• Experience with Specialized AI services such as Cyber-Security
• Experience with Multimodal AI and applications in industry use cases

• The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
