Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential production across multiple programs, from vendor management and budgeting to on-site execution, while leading a small activation team and coordinating with venues and operators.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own vendor and fabrication relationships end to end — sourcing, scoping, quoting, scheduling, quality, and accountability for what gets delivered.
  • Manage warehouse, inventory, storage, and asset logistics across programs and markets.
  • Build and own production timelines, activation guides, staffing plans, and run of show documents as the single source of truth.
  • Confirm go/no-go readiness before anything goes live — approvals, assets, staffing, permits, and compliance in place.
  • Keep dozens of concurrent programs moving without letting any of them slip, with a clear view of what’s live, what’s next, and what needs attention.
  • Oversee execution quality across tailgates, festivals, on-premise, and field programs.
  • Identify delivery risk early, resolve what you can, and escalate what you can’t with a recommendation attached.
  • Serve as the on-site production lead on key programs — setup, staffing, strike, and real-time calls.
  • Build program and production budgets from your own working knowledge of costs, in partnership with the Account team.
  • Track actuals, monitor burn, and flag expected overages to Operations early — before they become the client’s problem.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years in experiential production, field marketing, or live events, including experience leading or managing junior team members.
  • Deep production and fabrication fluency — you have scoped builds, directed vendors, managed a warehouse, and made real-time calls on-site.
  • Proven ability to run a high volume of concurrent programs without dropping detail.
  • Real budget command — you can build an estimate from scratch, defend the numbers, track actuals, and flag a variance before it becomes a problem.
  • Experience with festivals, tailgates, stadium or venue environments, and the operators who run them.
  • Clear, confident communicator — concise internally, credible with vendors, composed with clients.
  • Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Genuine interest in the cultural spaces this work lives in — sports, music, and lifestyle — not just as logistics problems.
  • Experience with alcohol, CPG, or large-scale field programs strongly preferred, plus an understanding of responsible marketing considerations in the alcohol category.
  • Appreciation for multicultural audience dynamics and what they mean for how a brand shows up on-site.
