Job Summary

Lead global strategy and lifecycle management for vascular closure and peripheral portfolios, aligning R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to identify growth, launch new products, and translate market insights into strategy.

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle and global launch planning, from market assessment to phase-out, with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive VOC research to uncover unmet needs and inform commercialization decisions across interventional specialties.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies, pricing and forecasting together with regional partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead global strategy for vascular closure & complex catheter portfolios with peripheral indications
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market assessments, business case development, product launches, post-market surveillance, and phase-out planning to ensure sustained market relevance and profitability
  • Identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisions
  • Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to bring new products to life, from concept to commercialization
  • Lead voice-of-customer (VOC) research to uncover unmet clinical needs and inform commercialization strategy
  • Act as an internal therapy expert to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision-making, and broad-based peripheral business strategy
  • Develop global launch strategies, scientific activities, and marketing materials
  • Build compelling business cases for new products and market expansion
  • Support pricing, positioning, and forecasting decisions in partnership with regional marketing partners
  • Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and key opinion leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong strategic marketing skills, including 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy in peripheral intervention or a related medical device space
  • Experience in new product development and product launches strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen
  • Comfortable working in a complex clinical environment and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams (from leadership to sales reps) and external customers
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in global peripheral intervention markets

Preferred

  • Experience in new product development and product launches strongly preferred
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activities
