Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical initiatives that evaluate and optimize paid media performance across channels, producing insights that advise campaign strategy, investment efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end analytical workflows, from sourci ng and validating media, conversion, and customer data in SQL, Python, and Databricks to delivering recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Apply and interpret core measurement methods (MMM, experimentation, in-platform attribution, forecasting), and know which fits the decision at hand.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning that quantify expected activations and traffic and assess how paid media can help close gaps to business targets.
  • Act as the trusted analytics partner to marketing and media collaborators, working with them to define the business question, agree on success metrics, and shape the right analytical approach.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiences, explaining what the data show, how confident we are, and what to do next.
  • Use AI and GenAI tools to automate recurring reporting, accelerate insight generation, and support the delivery of natural-language, self-service views of media performance.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities, adjusting analyses and reporting as business needs evolve.
  • Stay current on media platforms, measurement methods, and industry trends, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems) is a requirement, plus at least 7 years of experience OR Master’s degree, plus 5 years of experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing or media measurement, forecasting, or business intelligence.
  • Communication: exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical marketing partners and influence senior collaborators through clear written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Analytical strength: solid grounding in statistics and causal inference, with working knowledge of MMM, experimentation, attribution, or forecasting methods and the ability to interpret results and their limitations.
  • Data fluency: advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience working in cloud data environments such as Databricks and automating workflows, including AI-assisted coding and analysis.
  • Business application intuition: a track record of turning analysis into decisions, tying media performance to business outcomes such as activations, revenue, and customer value, and prioritizing the questions that matter most.
  • Media knowledge: understanding of the paid media ecosystem (e.g., Search, Social, Display, Video, OTT, TV, Audio, OOH) and AdTech platforms, and how media is planned, bought, and measured.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-enabled analytics methods to produce decision-ready outputs quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exceptional attention to detail.
