Spring 2027 - Intern, Social Media

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of social strategy, including trend and culture research, competitive audits, content calendars, and platform-specific recommendations
• Help produce social content from concept through delivery, including shot lists, copy, edits, asset organization, and publishing support
• Assist with creative needs as they arise, such as concepting, moodboards, copywriting, and pulling references for pitches and presentations
• Monitor social conversation and performance, and help turn the findings into clear takeaways for the team
• Support creator and influencer programming with research, outreach tracking, and coordination
• Help prepare client-facing materials, including decks, recaps, and reporting
• Develop and produce original content for the agency’s social channels, including short-form video, carousels, stills, and copy
• Help shape a content point of view that showcases our work, our people, and our culture
• Document agency events, activations, and behind-the-scenes moments, and turn them into content
• Pitch and test new formats, series, and ideas that fit each platform

Requirements

• Be available to work under 30 hours per week.
• Be available to report to the New York Office approximately 3-days a week.
• Have a senior standing in college (must have completed your junior year of undergrad)
• OR
• Be enrolled in a graduate school
• OR
• Have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
