Sports Marketing and Fan Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Represent Momento at Baltimore Ravens home games and other professional events, executing interactive fan marketing activations.
• Proactively approach fans, offer free Momento Snaps photo keepsakes, and create memorable game-day experiences.
• Drive fan participation and brand awareness through enthusiastic, face-to-face interactions.
• Support and manage on-site sports marketing activations throughout the Baltimore market.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on creative fan engagement strategies and promotional opportunities.
• Assist with operating Momento camera technology and maintaining on-site equipment.
• Serve as an on-site brand representative, supporting client needs and ensuring successful activations.

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing a career in sports marketing, sports management, or a related field. Current college students are encouraged to apply!
• Availability to work weekends and scheduled events through January 2027
• Reliable transportation to and from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting equipment up to 25 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills when interacting with fans, staff, and clients.
