Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation or ideation, with a strong portfolio showcasing success.
- Deep understanding of TikTok's content ecosystem, trends, and user engagement tactics.
- Excellent creative thinking and communication skills, capable of translating abstract ideas into actionable concepts.
- Agile and adaptable, with a keen sense for what makes content shareable and engaging.
- You have a strong instincts for creative informed by an emotional hook.
- You love movies, have an understanding of niche audiences, and can translate your love and understanding into engaging creative.
- You care more about engagement than impressions.
