Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end social content for member brands across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Develop eye-catching graphics and video content while maintaining brand consistency and storytelling quality.
  • Partner with internal account teams to manage store-level social initiatives and align with member goals.
  • Analyze performance data to continuously improve strategies and report results to stakeholders.
  • Manage and support the social media management platform (Sprout) and Facebook Business Manager access.
  • Support promotional campaigns and broader marketing initiatives across Retail Groups.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and impactful.
  • Bring care, urgency, and enthusiasm to serving our members with authenticity and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms and trends
  • Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style)
  • Comfort appearing in or directing social media content when needed
  • Experience using social boosts and AI tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects (preferred)
  • A passion for helping others succeed and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging social content
  • A link to a creative portfolio or samples of social media work is required as part of the application.
