Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative process for branded short-form videos, from concept and scriptwriting to storyboarding
• Shoot and edit videos with professional editing software, with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling
• Set up a system to track video performance, and use the data to keep improving our content strategy
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats on TikTok, IG, and other platforms, and turn them intoon-brand content
• Bring a deep understanding of how content goes viral, including each platform's algorithm andwhat its audience responds to

Requirements

• You're on TikTok, IG, and other social platforms every day
• You know each platform's culture, algorithm, and community guidelines inside and out
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
• Eager to explore and learn new tech, including AI tools for creating content
• No prior work experience required. We value creativity, curiosity, and consistency.
