Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple brands.
• Create and edit videos, reels, graphics, captions, and promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Photograph and film products, equipment demonstrations, business locations, and behind-the-scenes activities with support.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent, timely publishing.
• Translate technical product information into clear, engaging content that highlights customer benefits.
• Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop campaigns that generate inquiries and qualified leads.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging while adapting content to each brand's audience.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, referring sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Track and report on content performance, audience growth, advertising results, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful social media content or campaigns.
• Strong photography, filming, and video editing for social media.
