Own and execute multi-platform content creation for Courtney Racquel, coordinating influencer outreach and studio launches; you will plan, produce assets, and engage with the online and local community across social channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with weekly social media planning for Courtney Racquel and Courtney Racquel Style Studio.
  • Create, capture, and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, feed posts, Pinterest, email, and launch campaigns.
  • Film or assist with behind-the-scenes moments, styling sessions, new arrivals, product details, founder-led content, events, store setup, launch preparation, customer moments, and private shopping experiences.
  • Draft captions, hooks, story text, short-form copy, and product-focused messaging that match the brand voice.
  • Support content planning around new arrivals, bestsellers, styling tips, seasonal edits, launch updates, event announcements, and shopping moments.
  • Help organize photos, videos, graphics, product content, influencer content, and social media assets.
  • Create simple Canva graphics, Pinterest pins, product features, event graphics, quote cards, and promotional assets.
  • Research fashion, boutique, lifestyle, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and influencer trends.
  • Help repurpose content for use across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email, website, and blog.
  • Support online sales by creating content that drives traffic to the Courtney Racquel.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mount Pleasant, SC 29464
  • Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, or local businesses.
  • Experience with influencer outreach, ambassador programs, gifting, affiliate codes, or creator partnerships.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, or email marketing platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience creating content for fashion, beauty, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, or local businesses.
  • Experience with influencer outreach, ambassador programs, gifting, affiliate codes, or creator partnerships.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, or email marketing platforms.
  • Photography, videography, styling, or graphic design experience.
  • Comfort being behind the camera and directing simple content moments.
  • Interest in helping grow a brand both online and through a physical retail launch.
  • Familiarity with Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Atlanta, Miami, or Southern lifestyle/fashion markets is a plus.
