You will own and execute a part‑time content creation program for Tallie Wigs, planning a weekly Instagram content calendar, producing and editing Reels and Stories, writing captions in a luxury voice, and engaging with followers while tracking performance to inform fresh trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan a weekly content calendar and post consistently to Instagram (@talliewigs)
Shoot and edit Reels and Stories in the studio: client transformations, styling, and behind-the-scenes
Write captions and hooks that match a warm, luxury brand voice
Engage with comments and DMs to help grow our audience
Track what performs and bring fresh ideas based on trends

Requirements

You've created short-form video content you're proud of (personal or professional)
Comfortable shooting and editing on a phone with CapCut, InShot, or similar
Strong eye for lighting, beauty, and detail
Reliable, warm with clients, and respectful of their privacy (some clients prefer not to be shown)

Preferred

Experience with beauty, hair, or fashion content is a plus
