Own the end-to-end short-form video workflow for the agency, from planning and shooting to editing, posting, and reporting, with a weekly cadence and hands-on on-camera direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit 3–4 short-form videos per week, on Instagram Reels and TikTok
Repurpose event and behind-the-scenes footage for the agency’s Instagram
Film in person in Santa Monica/LA: events, behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, product reviews
Write hooks, captions and burned-in subtitles; pick trending audio
Plan a simple weekly content calendar around a few clear content pillars
Post, track performance, and report what’s working each month

Requirements

Fast with CapCut, Premiere or similar, and fluent in what performs on Reels and TikTok
Comfortable directing on camera and pulling a story out of raw footage
Organized, reliable, and able to hit a weekly cadence

Preferred

experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, events, or with a creator or talent account
