Job Summary
Own flexible guest-facing responsibilities in a casino services context, focusing on data entry, event and marketing support, and ticketing flow.
- Operations & Data: Manage Boarding Pass issuance, player enrollment, and input into the system.
- Events & Promotions: Support special events and ticket sales integration.
- Equipment & Compliance: Operate CMS terminals and related devices with accuracy and speed.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in marketing-related functions.
- Issue Boarding Pass cards and input data into the system.
- Enroll qualified players.
- Issue comps to qualified players.
- Be involved in special events/promotions.
- Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, info genesis and scanners.
- Be involved in ticket sales.
- Participar en funciones relacionadas con el marketing.
