Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for estate planning and elder law firms.
• Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audits.
• Perform keyword research based on search intent, competition, commercial value, and conversion potential.
• Develop content strategies and topical authority plans.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, headings, and on-page content.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing pages and determine when new pages should be created.
• Monitor organic rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions.
• Diagnose and resolve organic traffic and ranking declines.
• Develop strategies for improving visibility in traditional search as well as emerging AI-driven search experiences.
• Develop local SEO strategies for law firms competing in specific geographic markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO.
• Strong experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with keyword research and content strategy.
• Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Experience analyzing organic search performance and diagnosing ranking/traffic changes.
• Experience with Google Ads and paid search.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with WordPress.

• Experience working with law firms or other professional service businesses.
• Experience with estate planning, elder law, probate, or related legal practices.
• Experience with multi-location local SEO.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization.
• Experience building backlinks and developing authority-building strategies.
